Rick and Ray successfully completed the CrossFit Certification Level I.
They pretty much kicked our butts. Very good stuff and learned a lot and met some great people.
The weekend got started with Tabata Air Squats but our 10 second rest consisted of holding the bottom position of the squat. What a Quad Killer!!!
The next workout we did was "Fight Gone Bad". We didn't know what to expect and Ray had the advantage of watching Rick go thru the workout first. Results listed in comments.
On Sunday we did "Phat Helen" which consisted of 5 rounds instead of the regular 3. Rick and Ray were only able to complete 3 rounds since 30 minutes was the maximum time allowed. Running the 600 Meters was a killer as well as the kettlebell swings. Jumping pull-ups were the time for rest.
We expect to be sore for a couple of more days but it was well worth the pain.
