Congratulations for having the courage to take the first step!
The First Step of CrossFit Training is to complete the "CrossFit Foundations" Program which consists of Four Personal Training Sessions.
CrossFit basics will be the focus of the "CrossFit Foundations" program along with teaching you the correct movements to ensure a safe training environment as you progress.
Short "Micro" CrossFit workouts will be introduced to expose you to the different types of CrossFit Training Sessions.
Once the "CrossFit Foundations" program is completed, you will be able to participate in as many group Training Sessions as possible.
You can also continue with One-on-One Personal Training Sessions if desired but the Group Training Sessions are MORE EFFECTIVE to maintain your motivation and effort.
